Role Overview:
As the Monetization-Focused Growth Marketer, you are responsible for transforming our user base into a sustainable revenue engine. Your role revolves around maximizing the potential of every customer interaction, creating strategies that drive upsell, retention, and long-term customer value. You thrive on the challenge of balancing short-term revenue generation with long-term growth, always with a keen eye on the bottom line.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monetization strategies that align with customer lifecycle stages.
- Optimize pricing, freemium models, and subscription offerings to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to identify opportunities to improve ARPU and CLTV.
- Build retention programs and upsell campaigns that enhance customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify revenue-driving opportunities and refine strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing, with a focus on monetization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
- Proven ability to build and manage retention and upsell campaigns.
- Proficient in tools like Stripe, Recurly, ProfitWell, and data platforms like Segment or Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
