Role Overview:
As the Growth Operations Lead, you are the architect of efficiency, driving our growth engine to perform at 10x capacity. Your mission is to streamline, optimize, and scale our growth and experimentation processes across our three growth squads. By ensuring that every tool, process, and workflow functions seamlessly, you empower the teams to focus on what matters most—achieving exceptional results. Your work is the invisible force that enables breakthrough growth, rapid experimentation, and sustainable scaling.
Responsibilities:
- ·Build a 10x Growth Engine: Design and implement scalable processes that enable our growth squads to execute faster, experiment smarter, and scale exponentially.
- ·Optimize Experimentation: Refine our experimentation processes, ensuring rapid testing, iteration, and learning while maintaining high-quality data integrity.
- ·Streamline Tools & Platforms: Manage and optimize growth tools (CRM, automation, analytics) such as Zapier, Airtable, Segment, and Amplitude to ensure seamless collaboration and execution across teams.
- ·Data-Driven Insights: Ensure data consistency and availability, building dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into performance, growth, and areas for improvement.
- ·Remove Bottlenecks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that fuel growth.
- ·Champion Efficiency: Standardize workflows that help the three growth squads perform at their best, from idea generation to full execution and iteration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling processes that enhance efficiency and growth performance.
- Expertise in growth tools (e.g., Airtable, Segment, Amplitude, Zapier) and marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, experimentation methodologies, and data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and remove operational barriers to unlock exponential growth.
