Role Overview:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you are the strategic navigator in a fast-paced startup environment. With a proven track record in driving data-driven decisions within high-growth companies, you’ll mentor and guide our three growth squads, helping them unlock key insights and make smarter, faster decisions. You thrive on turning complex datasets into actionable strategies that drive growth, retention, and innovation. Your ability to communicate and collaborate makes you a mentor and trusted advisor, pushing the entire organization to higher levels of data maturity.
Responsibilities:
· Startup-Ready Insight Generation: Leverage your experience in startups to extract, analyze, and translate complex data into actionable insights that fuel company growth.
· Mentor for Growth Squads: Serve as a data mentor to our growth squads, guiding them in the design and interpretation of experiments and the use of data to refine strategies.
· Strategic Forecasting: Build predictive models and data-driven forecasts that support critical business decisions and long-term growth planning.
· Data Visualization Mastery: Create dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into performance metrics and growth opportunities, accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data-backed decision-making at every level.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in startup environments.
· Proven ability to mentor and guide teams in data analysis and experimentation.
· Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Metabase, Redash, or Mode Analytics.
· Deep understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation methodologies.
